My Ph.D. in microbiology helps me manage high-stakes events with the same focus I once used in the lab. ## Photos and videos - ![A proud moment with my fellow doctorate graduates at the NIFTEM convocation. Because of my background in microbiology, I don't just memorize names; I dive into your company's technical jargon so I understand exactly what your speakers are presenting. This deep familiarity allows me to navigate technical sessions and handle complex Q&A segments with total confidence, ensuring your audience stays engaged and informed. ### The Science of a Flawless Event My journey from a research lab to the main stage was not as big a leap as you might think. Both environments demand three core things: extreme focus, rapid problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex variables in real-time. When you hire me for a corporate conclave, medical conference, or technical seminar, you get an emcee who actually speaks the language. I perform a pre-event deep dive into your agenda to ensure every speaker introduction is accurate and every transition feels seamless. I don't stumble over technical nomenclature because I understand the context behind the terms. ### Why my scientific training works for your event: * **Precision under pressure:** Lab experiments can be unpredictable, and so can event timelines. My training allows me to stay calm, troubleshoot technical glitches on the fly, and use filler content to keep the energy up without the audience ever feeling a moment of awkwardness. * **Protocol integrity:** I treat your run-of-show as a critical protocol. I ensure sessions start on time, panellists are introduced with the correct weight, and formal rituals like award ceremonies are handled with the respect they deserve. * **Bridge-building:** I navigate the gap between corporate expectations and team fun. I handle the professional heavy lifting in English, but I know exactly when to switch to Hindi to break the ice or share a joke that brings the room together. If you need a host who understands that your event is a serious business objective but also knows how to inject genuine energy and joy into the room, let's talk. I bring the focus of a researcher and the charisma of a performer to your stage. ## About Priyanka Roy I am Priyanka.
