My job is to be a fly on the wall, capturing the unfiltered joy when you’re exchanging garlands or the quiet look shared between you and your partner. Whether it’s a bustling Punjabi baraat or a serene beach wedding in Goa, I focus on the candid, unscripted rituals that actually make up your story. There is a specific kind of magic in the rituals of a wedding day. Whether it is a South Indian ceremony in Goa, a Punjabi wedding in Delhi, or an intimate Christian union, my goal remains the same: to document the day as it unfolds without interfering. I have spent ten years learning that the best images come from letting the day happen, not from trying to control it. My approach to your ceremony is entirely photojournalistic. I am looking for the reaction of your grandmother, the way the flower girl steals the show, or the genuine relief on your faces when you finally make it to the mandap. I do not care about perfect posing. I care about the messy, human, beautiful moments. If you are laughing, crying, or just holding hands, that is what I want in the frame. Because I work as a documentary photographer, I blend into the crowd. I want you to look back at these photos and remember how you felt, not how you were told to stand. My style is about capturing the connection that makes your relationship special.
