Whether you come for the guided meditation, the devotional kirtan, or simply to connect with fellow seekers over prasad, these sessions are designed to recharge your spirit for the week ahead. Our events are more than just a schedule on a calendar. They are spaces created to help you deepen your practice and find inner stillness. We host a variety of gatherings, ranging from introductory meditation classes and Kriya Yoga preparation to our deeper weekend retreats at Fantasy Gardens on Kanakapura Road. Our community meets regularly in several locations: * **Indiranagar:** Home to our main Sunday satsangs featuring talks, chanting, and guided meditation. * **Whitefield:** A quieter space for focused group meditations and community study sessions. * **Halasuru:** Our central Ananda Yoga Kendra where we offer ongoing spiritual support and connection. * **Kanakapura Road:** The setting for our immersive weekend retreats, perfect for those needing to disconnect from city life and recharge in silence. Beyond our weekly rhythm, we celebrate major spiritual holidays like Guru Purnima, Janmashtami, and Christmas.
