I design a flow that balances challenge with pure fun. Think hanging upside down with your best friends cheering you on, or gently decompressing your spine after a long week. We keep groups small, maximum five people, so everyone gets hands-on help, ensuring you feel safe while you discover what your body can actually do. ### More Than Just Poses My specialty workshops are built on the philosophy of yogashchittavRuttinirodhaH, the restraint of mind-stuff. When you are in a hammock, your mind has no room to wander. You are too busy trusting the silk and feeling the relief of gravity. ### Aerial Yoga for Spine Health Many of my students come to me with chronic back pain or stiffness from long hours at a desk. My spine health workshops combine traditional floor work with Unnata aerial techniques. The hammock acts as a gentle traction device, creating space in the vertebrae and helping to relieve low back pain that standard floor yoga might not reach. We focus on mobility, alignment, and letting the hammock do the heavy lifting for your spine. ### A Unique Space for Your Special Day Planning a birthday, a bachelorette, or just a fun Saturday with your friends? A private aerial yoga party is a refreshing change from the usual brunch or clubbing. - **No experience needed**: I design the flow for absolute beginners. - **Photo Ops**: We dedicate time for those iconic cocoon and inversion shots you will want to share. - **Exclusivity**: The studio is yours alone. No strangers, just your group, some music, and a lot of laughter. We provide everything: mats, hammocks, and the guidance to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe.
