## About The Path of Progress: Asana Gallery

In our studio, we use props like wall ropes, blocks, and bolsters—not to make the pose easier, but to help you find the correct alignment safely. Whether you are holding a simple stretch or moving into a deep backbend, we focus on steady, sustainable progress over raw intensity. If you are just starting, remember that every advanced practitioner was once a beginner finding their footing.

### Our Approach to Asana

At Amritam Yoga, we believe that 'Fasal baarish se ugti hai, baadh se nahi' (Crops grow from gentle rain, not floods). Our practice in Sector 51, Noida, is built on this principle. We do not rush through movements. Instead, we teach you how to breathe into the pose, understand your body's limits, and gently expand them over time.

### What You Will See

This gallery captures students across different levels of practice:

* **Foundational Stability:** Exercises that focus on basic Hatha alignment to build a strong base.
* **Vinyasa Flow:** Dynamic movements that link breath with motion, perfect for building stamina and heat.
* **Advanced Asanas:** Inversions like Pincha Mayurasana and deep backbends like Kapotasana, which demonstrate what is possible with consistent, long-term practice.

### Why Practice With Us?

- **Personal Attention:** We keep our batches manageable so I can provide verbal cues and posture adjustments. If you are practicing live online, I watch your alignment through the camera to guide your correction.
- **Ayurvedic Integration:** We don't just teach the shape of the pose. We talk about how different asanas impact your *doshas* (body constitutions) and how they support your overall health.
- **Inclusive Environment:** From seniors looking for joint mobility to athletes wanting to deepen their flexibility, our studio in Noida welcomes all.

Yoga is not about competing with others or even with yourself. It is about understanding your own body and giving it the tools—whether they are props, specific breathing techniques, or time—to heal and grow. Join us for a session and see how a disciplined, mindful approach changes not just your flexibility, but your entire outlook.
