When I participate in community discussions, such as those on Radio Amity, the goal is to break down complex concepts into simple, actionable practices that anyone can integrate into their routine, regardless of their fitness level or background. Our foundation is built on the principle of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, which means we view all beings on this earth as our family. This philosophy guides how we approach our teaching, from daily classes to our certified Yoga Teacher Training (YTTC) programs. When we engage with media platforms like Radio Amity, we do not just talk about fitness. We discuss the holistic health benefits of yoga, the importance of balancing vaat-pitt-kaph, and how ancient texts like the Patanjali Yoga Sutras offer solutions to modern stress. These conversations are extensions of the same lessons you will find in our Noida studio. Whether you are looking for simple meditation techniques, guidance on body purification (kriya), or a professional career path through our Yoga Alliance accredited courses, the approach remains the same: authentic, rooted in tradition, and focused on your personal growth.
