We focus on targeted stretches for neck and shoulder strain caused by long hours at your desk, combined with simple breathwork that you can practice anytime to manage daily stress. In my work with offices across Noida and Delhi NCR, I have seen how even a short, one-hour session can shift the energy of a team. My approach is rooted in the idea that yoga at work should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their experience level or physical flexibility. ### How I Structure Our Sessions - **Small Group Workshops:** These are 60-minute sessions for 10 to 40 employees. We focus on practical desk-posture correction and stress relief. I include a brief wisdom component, sharing simple Ayurvedic concepts that can help your team maintain better work-life balance. - **Large Scale Events:** For annual days or major conferences, I conduct 90-minute sessions that cater to larger crowds. My sessions do not involve complex asanas or sweat-inducing cardio. Instead, I teach 'office-friendly' techniques. I believe yoga acts as a bridge, helping us connect as a family, which is why I often emphasize our mantra: 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' (the world is one family).
