This isn't just about checking the color; it's where we verify the pressure and the registration of the block. It saves fabric and ensures the pattern alignment is spot on, because once the ink hits the cloth, there is no undo button. Creating custom hues is about precision. We mix organic, skin-safe pigments in-house, matching them to your brand's specific palette. It is a sensory process: watching the texture change and ensuring the consistency is perfect for manual application. Everything begins with the block. We use seasoned Sagwan (teak) wood, carved by artisans with over 30 years of experience. No laser cutting here; every groove is made by hand, which is why the prints have that slight, beautiful variation that machines cannot replicate. Finally, it is about the rhythm. We use traditional long tables, pinning the fabric to ensure no movement. Layering colors—from the lightest base to the final bold outline—requires absolute focus.
