Whether you need a specific Mughal motif carved onto seasoned teak or a multi-layered color registration on delicate Chanderi silk, I manage the entire process in my Bengaluru studio. We start with a test run to ensure the print and pigment are exactly right before moving to the final yardage. Block printing is a dialogue between the artisan and the fabric. I do not just print, I translate your digital vectors into hand-carved wooden blocks. My team uses seasoned teak wood and traditional chipping methods to ensure sharp definition for every design. Whether you are launching a clothing line or upcycling existing pieces, I focus on the technical details that matter for small-batch production. This includes pre-washing fabric for shrinkage control, mixing certified organic, azo-free pigments, and ensuring precise registration for multi-color layered designs. I have worked with diverse clients, from Milan-based fashion houses to local boutiques, handling delicate fabrics like Chanderi silk, Maheshwari, and Organza.
