Sculptures at Ellora, those ancient carvings, they just charge me up. I try to catch that old soul in my Stone Series watercolour work. Family's my everything - my sons, my natkhat Kanha (cheeky Krishna), even sneak into my paintings. And my Aai (mom), well, she knows me nine months more than anyone else. Painting my guru’s portrait?
