### Weekend Hip-Hop & B-Boying Workshop

2-hour group session covering cultural theory, intense conditioning, and a 30-45 second routine.

*   **Cultural Theory:** 15-minute introduction to the 4 elements of Hip-Hop (Rap, DJing, B-Boying, Graffiti) and movement philosophy.

*   **Flooring:** Tiled or concrete floor (Non-sprung). Thick-soled sneakers are highly recommended.

### 1-on-1 Choreography & Stunt Coaching

Hourly private coaching for event routines or safe spotting for high-risk B-boying moves.

I’m Amit Das. For me, dance isn’t just about steps—it’s about showing who you are, your struggles, your wins. I don’t worry about the path, bas mehnat karta hoon (I just put in the effort) and let the rest follow.

- Hip Hop isn’t just moves—it's a culture. I teach you how to feel the beat, not just count it.
- We get into all four Hip Hop elements: Beatboxing, Rapping, DJing, and B-Boying.
- Every class starts with a proper warm-up to keep injuries door (away).  
- Styles I focus on: Foundation Hip-Hop, Freestyle & B-Boying, Popping & Robotics, Shuffle.

### My story

Mera naam Amit hai. Dance, poetry, rap - yahi meri zindagi hai. Hip-hop ne mujhe sikhaya ki present me action lena zaroori hai. Zero se shuru kiya, khud ko banaya. Haar ka darr nahi, kisi se jeetne ki chah nahi. Bas khud ko samajhne ki koshish me laga rehta hoon. Roz seekhta hoon, naye tareeke, naye jazbaat. Sapna nahi, main apni kahani jee raha hoon.
