I have a full collection of baby-safe sugar jewelry (halwyache dagine) and miniature kites ready, allowing us to capture that perfect festive look without any of the usual stress. Makar Sankranti is one of the most vibrant festivals in Maharashtra, and I love bringing that energy into the studio. Whether you are looking for a first Makar Sankranti photoshoot for your baby or want to mark your first festival as a couple, I design the entire set to match the spirit of the season. For babies, we focus on the classic black traditional outfits paired with miniature kites, spools (firki), and our custom halwyache dagine headbands. The studio setup is controlled and cozy, making it much easier to photograph little ones than trying to manage a shoot outdoors. We use props like wooden carts and festival-themed backdrops to create a clean, professional look that still feels rooted in our traditions. For couples, it is about capturing that quiet moment of sharing tilgul and celebrating the bond.
