Whether it is a business lunch or a celebratory dinner, we focus on the small details that make French cooking feel real and reliable here in the city. The reviews above reflect the core of the Amiel Gourmet experience: food made with patience. In a fast-paced city like Bengaluru, I believe in taking the time to cook properly. This is why I ask for a two-day notice for most orders. It allows me to avoid pre-packaged shortcuts and focus on fresh ingredients. Guests frequently mention the balance in our dishes—from the flaky pastry in our lunch boxes to the savory main courses served at corporate gatherings. We handle events at locations like Manyata and Sahakarnagar with the same standard of care we bring to our kitchen. If you are looking for food that tastes like a personal touch rather than a mass-produced assembly, you are in the right place. ## About Amiel Gourmet I am Chef Amiel. I started in Sahakarnagar to share a taste of France with my neighbors. Every review here is a record of the moments I have helped host, from morning pastry runs to big office events.
