We hand-select each strawberry for its balance of acidity and sweetness, ensuring they pair perfectly with our house-made Belgian chocolate ganache or our signature velvet-soft cream bases. Our strawberry menu changes with the season, which means these desserts are only available when the berries are at their absolute peak. We believe that fruit should never be a garnish but the star of the show. Whether it is our Chocolate Strawberry Gateau or the classic Strawberry Cheesecake, we build every layer to highlight that fleeting winter flavour. ### Why Choose Our Seasonal Collection * **Freshness First:** We source berries daily from local suppliers, meaning you get the most vibrant, juicy fruit in every bite. * **Technique Matters:** Our Strawberry Vanilla Tres Leches involves a precise soaking process that keeps the sponge moist without becoming soggy, topped with a delicate balance of fresh berries and white chocolate shards. * **Small Batch Craft:** From our 3-inch tartlets to our larger gateaux, everything is handmade in our Okhla kitchen. No preservatives, no shortcuts, and no mass production. ### Frequently Asked Questions * **Are these eggless?** We offer eggless versions of most of our signature cakes and tarts. Please mention your preference when ordering. * **How do I store them?** Our cheesecakes and tarts are best enjoyed chilled. If you are ordering for a party, please ensure you have refrigeration space ready upon delivery. * **Can I customise the size?** Absolutely. While our standard sizes work for most gatherings, we can scale up our gateaux for larger events if you give us a little notice. ## About Ambrosia Bakery We are a mother-daughter team who have been baking joy into every dessert since 1995.
