Every dessert you see here—from our multi-layered entremets to our signature ice cream cakes—is the result of 30 years of refining recipes, sourcing premium ingredients like real Belgian chocolate, and maintaining a strict commitment to handcrafting every element in our Okhla kitchen. In 1995, we started with a tiny kitchen and a big dream to redefine dessert in Delhi. Today, that legacy is the heart of Ambrosia. When we say handcrafted, we mean it. We do not take shortcuts. Whether it is tempering Belgian chocolate for our truffles or churning fresh ice cream for our signature layer cakes, every step happens right here. You will see our process in these photos—the delicate piping of ganache, the careful assembly of festive hampers, and the patient preparation of our chocolates. This is not mass production; it is deliberate work. Our recent recognition as the Best Dessert Brand of the Year 2025 by Delhiites is a humbling milestone, but it is ultimately a reflection of the trust our community has placed in us for three decades. We believe in transparency, which is why we invite you to see the care that goes into every box. From sourcing seasonal fruits like winter strawberries or summer mangoes to designing custom gift hampers for weddings and corporate events, we ensure every detail is handled with precision. Whether you are looking for an eggless treat or a bespoke dessert display for your next celebration, you are choosing a bakery that values flavor, authenticity, and the people we serve. ## About Ambrosia Bakery We are a mother-daughter team who turned a shared passion for baking into a 30-year journey.
