We use fresh fruits, real Belgian chocolate, and slow-churn techniques to create that perfect texture. Because we control every part of the process, these treats arrive with that snap-and-cream contrast you expect from a real kitchen, not a factory. When we started baking in 1995, we promised ourselves we would never take shortcuts. That philosophy extends to our frozen line just as much as our cakes. Making great ice cream is about patience and temperature control, two things that are hard to scale up, which is why we keep our batches manageable and fresh. We source high-quality cocoa and fresh, seasonal fruit to ensure the flavor is bold and natural, not artificial. Our ice cream bars are designed with a crisp chocolate shell that creates a satisfying crack with the first bite, revealing a smooth, dense cream interior. For those who prefer to savour their dessert at their own pace, our tubs offer that same rich, slow-churned consistency. We operate out of our kitchen in Okhla, and because our desserts are fresh, we manage deliveries across Delhi NCR to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Whether you are ordering for a sunny afternoon, a late-night craving, or to stock your freezer for the week, our ice cream arrives ready to eat. We have removed the preservatives and fillers, so you are left with just the pure, honest taste of premium ingredients. ## About Ambrosia Bakery We are a mother-daughter team who have been making sweets in Delhi since 1995.
