Because I don't use preservatives, please give me at least 3 days to prepare your order so I can ensure every bite is as fresh and tasty as possible for you. When I'm putting together these snacks, I'm thinking about what I'd want to serve my own family. My dahi vada, for example, is a labor of love. I fry the vadas to the perfect texture, then let them soak in the spiced yogurt just long enough to stay soft but hold their shape. It is all about that balance of sweet and tangy that makes a good snack great. For my chicken burgers, it all starts with the bun. I bake these fresh, making sure they are soft enough to hold a juicy, seasoned patty without falling apart. The sauce is my own blend, meant to give you that comfort food feeling that mass-produced options just do not have. The spinach quiche is a fun twist on the usual bakery fare. I use a buttery, flaky shell and pack it with fresh greens and cheese. That little drizzle of chilli oil on top? That is just to give it the right amount of kick. Whether you are planning a get-together or just need a treat for the weekend, these items are prepped with care.
