Because I make every batch from scratch, right from rolling the pastry for the puffs to slow-cooking the kheema filling, I need a little advance notice to get your order ready and perfectly fresh. When you order from us, you are getting snacks that are made to order, not pulled from a freezer. My paa is the master behind these recipes, and we take our time with the fillings to get the flavors just right. For the puffs, we ensure the pastry is rolled thin enough to flake properly when baked, and our kheema filling is cooked with fresh herbs and spices, never pre-made in huge, stale batches. Whether you need them for a small family gathering or just for your evening chai time, the freshness is non-negotiable. ### What you can order * **Puffs:** Chicken, veggie, or egg, all with that golden, flaky crust. * **Samosas:** Mutton kheema or classic veg, deep-fried to that perfect crispiness. ### How it works Because everything is homemade and fresh, please give me a 3-day heads-up for your orders. This helps me source the freshest meat and veggies and ensures your samosas and puffs arrive exactly how they should, hot and delicious. Just drop me a message to check availability for your date! ## About Ayman Jalal I'm Ayman, and this bakery is our family's heart.
