This isn't just about scheduling, it is about making sure your samosas, buns, or cakes are baked for the exact day you need them, rather than being mass-produced in advance. My bakery is a family affair. Whether you are craving a spicy chicken puff for your evening chai or need a box of custom treats for a birthday party, we put the same care into your order that I put into my own family meals. ### Freshly Baked, Every Time We handle everything from simple comfort food to special pre-order items. If you are looking for those nostalgic bakery flavors, my aaloo buns and creamy puffs are staples. For something more substantial, our signature naans—like the brain (bheja) or kheema stuffing—are crowd favorites, but remember to pre-order those at least 24 hours ahead so I can source fresh meat. ### Party & Celebration Planning I love helping with gatherings. We do custom snack boxes that take the stress out of hosting. You pick the savories, add a sweet treat like a brownie or cupcake, and I pack them neatly. It is perfect for office meetings or family get-togethers where you want everyone to have their own portion. ### The Quality Promise No factory-made shortcuts here. When you order a cake or cheesecake, you are getting a fresh sponge layered with real cream or fruit, not something that has been sitting in a freezer. If you have a specific theme or a message, let me know, and I will hand-pipe it for you. Order kar ke dekho, bhukki bhukki phir nakko (Order and see, don't be hungry later)! ## About Ayman Jalal I am Ayman, and this bakery is my family's heart and soul.
