I do not believe in guessing games or hidden costs. When we sit down at my Girgaon studio, I focus on full budget transparency so that you know exactly what your piece will cost before we move to the CAD rendering phase, ensuring there are no surprises when the final jewellery is ready. ### Our Approach to Customisation My process is built on collaboration rather than templates. You are not buying a stock item, so I do not treat your project like one. **1. The Initial Conversation** This is where we define the 'why' behind your piece. Are you redesigning a family heirloom? Is this for a wedding or daily wear? I need to understand your personality and your requirements to make the right design recommendations. My clients often become friends during this stage because I need to know what you value to create something you will actually wear. **2. Concept to 3D CAD Model** Once we have a direction, I sketch out the design. We then create a 3D CAD (Computer-Aided Design) model. This step is critical because it allows you to see the piece from every angle before we touch any metal. We can adjust the stone settings or the gold weight here, ensuring the design matches your vision perfectly. **3. Material Selection** I am extremely particular about materials. We primarily use 18k and 22k gold and select every gemstone individually based on its quality and brilliance. If a specific stone does not fit the design or the durability requirements, I will tell you. Transparency is non-negotiable here. **4. Artisan Craftsmanship** After the design is approved, my team begins the manual labour. We combine precision machine work for the structural base with hand-finishing for the final look. Machines cannot replicate the soul of a piece, so our artisans set every stone and polish every surface by hand.
