We handle the production in-house, from sculpting 3D elements to wiring the custom lighting, so you get exactly what you visualized without needing multiple vendors. Whether it's a winter wonderland with specific snow effects or a chic butterfly garden, we manage the setup end-to-end. Your child's birthday is a big day, and generic party supplies just don't cut it. Our process starts with understanding the vision, whether it is a specific color palette for a butterfly theme or an abstract jungle concept. Since we operate a 5,000 sq ft workshop in Navi Mumbai, we do not rely on third-party suppliers for props. Our crew cuts the sunboard, welds the frames, and manages the print quality of the flex backdrops right here. When we show up at your venue in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai, we are not just dropping off balloons. We are managing the full technical production: * **Lighting & Tech:** We use LED PAR cans and focus lighting to make the backdrop pop, not just flat room light. * **Balloon Styling:** We use 300+ balloons per setup, creating organic arches and clusters that actually hold their shape for the duration of the event. * **End-to-End Execution:** Our team handles the sound system, the DJ console, and the mascots. We have seen parents stress about coordinating the stage decorator, the sound guy, and the entertainer. That is exactly what we eliminate. By keeping the production in-house, we ensure that the 8x8ft backdrop fits the wall, the sound system is synced to your child's favorite tracks, and the special effects like smoke or cold pyro happen at the exact right moment during cake cutting. If you have an idea, let us talk about how to make it happen within your budget. ## About ALS Events We are the crew behind the themes you see on your feed. Our team runs a 5,000 sq ft workshop in Vashi where we build every backdrop and prop from scratch. No fancy talk, we just show up, set it up, and make it look exactly how you imagined.
