We actually drew a running track and a long jumper to celebrate. That’s how we roll here. When you join, you’re not just getting a coach; you’re entering a group that celebrates hard work and pushes each other to get better every single session. Athletics is tough. You’re often tired, dealing with soreness, or frustrated by a plateau in your timing. I believe that having the right people around you changes everything. My coaching philosophy is built on the idea that you have to give your full heart to the sport, and you deserve that same effort back. In Noida, many people join gyms and get bored. We do it differently. Whether we are training in local parks or prepping for a competitive marathon, we focus on the grind. We celebrate the small wins, like a faster 100m sprint or mastering long jump technique, because we know how much effort went into them.
