We can pump out 30 to 40 magnets every hour, so even at a busy venue, your guests won’t be standing around waiting for their souvenirs. ### How the magic works When we set up a live magnet station, it’s about way more than just the final product. It’s the entertainment factor. Guests love watching their photo turn into a keepsake right in front of their eyes. ### The process My team roams the venue with a smartphone or DSLR to catch guests in their best moments—laughing, dancing, or just chilling. Meanwhile, the operator manages the printer and the manual badge press. Your guests get their high-quality 2.5 x 2.5 inch acrylic magnets—available in square, round, or polaroid styles—almost immediately. We package each one in a clear plastic sleeve so they’re ready for the fridge the moment they get home. ### What you need to arrange To make this happen, all I need from your side is a dedicated table and a reliable power source. That’s it. We handle the printing, die-cutting, pressing, and packaging. We can even customize the digital template with your event logo, date, or a catchy hashtag to keep the branding subtle yet personal. ### Why it fits your event Whether it’s a birthday party, a corporate event, or a baby shower, this works. The kids get obsessed with watching the machine work, and the adults love having a tangible souvenir to keep. If you want to keep the crowd engaged and ensure they leave with something they’ll actually keep, this is the way to go. ## About All You Need Hi, I’m the 'I have an idea' girl, and my husband Moiz is my full-on 'let’s do it' partner. We turned our small gifting hobby into a team that loves making magnets live at your parties. We’re just regular folks who get a real kick out of seeing your guests smile when they see their photos printed.
