Whether you are learning to drive left or working on your shooting mechanics, our sessions give you the technical foundation to play with total confidence. ### More Than Just a Game At ABSA, we see our girls program as a launchpad. We use the official Ecoach Basketball syllabus, the same training method used by NBA coaches, to ensure you are learning the game the right way. It is not about magic shortcuts; it is about the grind. ### What We Focus On * **Fundamental Skills:** We break down shooting form, ball handling, and passing. You will get comfortable with your off-hand and learn how to use your feet effectively. * **Court IQ:** It is not enough to just shoot. We teach you how to read the floor, understand defensive rotations, and make smart decisions when the game speed picks up. * **Fitness & Agility:** We incorporate plyometrics and ladder drills to keep you quick and reactive, helping you stay explosive through all four quarters. ### Why Join Us? Our facility on Hennur Road is built for focus, with synthetic courts and proper lighting that make practicing a pleasure. More importantly, you are joining a family. You will find teammates who push you to be better, coaches who care about your progress, and a community that celebrates your wins, big or small. Whether you are aiming for competitive leagues or just want to get fit and play hard, there is a spot for you here. ## About Absa We are ABSA, and we are about building a family, not just a team. We create a space where you can sweat, laugh, fail, and get better together, always keeping that Jordan mentality of learning from every mistake.
