Whether it is our two-ball dribbling drills or fixing your jump-stop mechanics, we focus on high-repetition practice. It is the only way to build the muscle memory that holds up when you are under pressure in a game. ### Why Fundamentals Matter At ABSA, we believe that if you do not have a good foundation, you will never reach your potential. We do not just run drills; we teach the game. Whether you are a beginner learning to hold the ball or a senior player refining your defensive slides, we break down every movement. ### Our Training Approach We are the official Ecoach Basketball center in Bangalore, which means our curriculum is backed by NBA-level methodology. When you train with us, you are not just guessing what works. * **Youth Academy:** Our U10, U13, and U18 batches focus on building mechanics from the ground up. We teach the rules, footwork, and the right way to handle the ball. * **Senior Men's Club:** For the adults, our evening sessions combine fitness with 5v5 scrimmages. It is about staying sharp, understanding court spacing, and playing smart. * **The Facility:** We train at Crossover Court in Visthar. It is an indoor warehouse facility with industrial ventilation, so rain or shine, your practice is never canceled. ### Getting Started We are not a gym that just rents out space.
