We focus on specific mechanical foundations like jump-stops, pivoting, and two-ball dribbling that translate directly to game performance. Whether you are a beginner or looking to sharpen your shooting form, you will train with players at your skill level, focusing on the same fundamentals that build a reliable, confident game. At ABSA, we have built a space where girls of all ages, from our U10 lil-hoops to our teenage competitors, can fall in love with the game.
