We use professional ITTF-approved synthetic red flooring to protect your joints while you work on your footwork, and with 12 international-standard tables available, you spend your time playing rather than waiting for a turn. Success doesn't happen by accident. When you step into our arena, you're entering a setup that mirrors what top-tier pros use. We know that to get better, you need consistency, which is why we’ve combined on-table training with a full sports-specific gym. Whether you're working on counter-drives or just trying to improve your reaction time, the facility is designed to support your growth. ### Why Our Facility Makes a Difference * **Professional Flooring:** Our red synthetic mats are standard issue for tournaments, helping prevent injuries and allowing for explosive lateral movement. * **Multi-Table Setup:** With 12 STAG tables, we handle large group batches easily. This means no crowding and plenty of space for high-intensity multi-ball drills. * **Integrated Fitness:** You don't need to go elsewhere for strength training. Our on-site gym is equipped for explosive power training, which is non-negotiable for serious table tennis players. * **Atmosphere:** It is loud, it is sweaty, and it is focused. We play with the mindset of a championship event every day, not just on tournament days. We have academies across Noida—Sector 100, Sector 105, Noida Extension (Gaur City 1), and Greater Noida (Omega II)—plus our Delhi center in New Friends Colony. Each location follows the same 'train insane' blueprint. Come for a session, see the facility, and decide if you're ready to put in the work. Remember, struggle is just proof that you're growing. 🏓 ## About Alight TT Excellence Centre We breathe table tennis here.
