You will find our students in theory sessions understanding spin physics, working with sports physios on injury prevention, and attending masterclasses with international experts like Coach Jan Berner. It is a complete ecosystem designed to help you play smarter, not just harder. Whether you are a beginner picking up a racket for the first time or a competitive player chasing national rankings, we provide the technical structure you need to improve consistently. ### Our Approach to Table Tennis Coaching At Alight, we believe that 'safalta' (success) is a daily grind. That is why our coaching team, led by Srishti Ma'am and Aditya, focuses on a structured system. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all training. Instead, we break down your game into technical components: grip, stroke mechanics, and footwork. #### Why Our Training is Different * **Theory Meets Practice:** We host regular theory sessions where we analyze international gameplay tactics and spin physics. You need to understand the 'why' behind every shot to master it. * **High-Performance Camps:** We regularly bring in international expertise, such as Swedish Olympian Coach Jan Berner, to introduce European tactics and advanced techniques that you won't find in standard classes. * **Physical Conditioning:** A table tennis player needs more than just hand-eye coordination. Our program includes sports-specific fitness, agility drills, and access to professional gym equipment to build the explosive power required for competitive matches. * **Injury Management:** We have on-site sports physios because we know that long-term progress is impossible if you are constantly sidelined by injuries. Recovery is just as important as the training itself. Whether you are training at our sector 105 Noida arena, our Greater Noida facility, or our New Friends Colony location in Delhi, you get the same disciplined environment. We track your progress with quarterly assessments, helping you move from our foundation batches into the intermediate and advanced squads. If you are ready to put in the work and be consistent, we are ready to guide you. ## About Alight TT Excellence Centre I am Srishti, and along with Aditya and our coaching team, we live for this sport. We are not here to just run batches; we are here to push you to your limit because we know you have a champion inside. Come see our arena, meet our team, and let’s get to work.
