You will find graffiti-covered walls, loud music, and people who are actually happy to see you. We keep our class sizes small because we want you to focus on the movement and the rhythm, not on trying to find space in a crowded room. Whether you are here for Aerial Yoga or Bollywood beats, you get the attention you need to learn properly. Our studio is built on the belief that fitness should be fun, not a chore. We moved away from the traditional gym model to create a space that feels more like a community center. The environment is deliberately energetic, with a sound system that pumps up the class and an atmosphere that encourages you to be yourself. Whether you are a beginner, a kid, or a senior, there is a spot for you here. We emphasize the social side of movement. Our members connect during our weekend park sessions, celebrate at our annual 'Zest' performance events, and push each other in our functional strength classes. You might walk in for a workout, but you will stay because of the people. We offer a mix of disciplines to keep things fresh. You can spend your morning in an Aerial Yoga class using ceiling-mounted silks and shift to a high-intensity Bollywood dance session in the evening. Our team provides hands-on guidance for every student, ensuring you stay safe while you challenge yourself. If you are tired of the repetitive, silent routine of a standard gym, come by our North Delhi studio and see how we turn every session into a celebration. ## About Aliens Dance & Fitness Studio I am Aryan, and I started this studio because I believe fitness should make you sweat and smile. We are a gang of dancers and fitness enthusiasts here to make sure you find your rhythm. Come by our Roop Nagar studio and see why we call ourselves a tribe, not just a class.
