You are learning from instructors who believe that every person, from toddlers to grandparents, has a unique groove waiting to be unlocked. Whether it is Aryan Sir’s high-octane hip hop sessions or our dedicated classical training, our teaching method is built on one simple rule: if you are having fun, you are doing it right. Learning to dance is personal. That is why I, Aryan, handpick my team of instructors not just for their technical skill, but for their ability to make you feel comfortable and excited to move. We don’t do stiff, corporate classrooms here. We do a dance family. My approach is straightforward. I break down complex choreography into simple patterns so you never feel lost. If we are working on Bollywood thumkas, we focus on the attitude and the fun. If we are tackling hip hop, we make sure you get the rhythm before we push the speed. We also have Anushree Muskan, who leads our Kathak sessions. She makes traditional Indian classical footwork and storytelling feel approachable, even if you have never taken a dance class in your life. We know that everyone learns differently. That is why our instructors are trained to spot where you are stuck and offer a tweak to your posture or a new way to look at the beat. We want you to walk out of every session at our Roop Nagar studio feeling a little more confident and a lot more energized than when you walked in. ## About Aliens Dance & Fitness Studio I am Aryan, and I started this studio because I believe dance should be a celebration, not a chore. My team and I are here to make sure you walk out of every session with more confidence and energy than when you walked in.
