Aryan Sir starts every session with 15 minutes of isolation drills and flexibility training before we even touch the choreography. This is where you build the muscle control to make your movements sharp, not sloppy, which makes a huge difference when you are hitting those fast urban transitions. ### What to Expect in Class Our hip-hop and urban grooves classes at our Roop Nagar studio focus on more than just counting steps. We dive into musicality, texture, and how to hold your space on the floor. Whether it's an old-school hip-hop beat or a modern urban track, you will learn to interpret the rhythm through your own body. ### The Process * **Conditioning:** Every session kicks off with isolations, warm-ups, and flexibility drills. * **Technique:** We break down complex moves into manageable pieces, ensuring you understand the weight transfer and impact behind every step. * **Style:** We experiment with everything from aggressive street styles to smoother urban grooves, helping you find where your personal energy fits best. ### Why It Works We keep our batches supportive and high-energy. You aren't just memorizing choreography; you are learning how to freestyle and carry yourself with confidence. By the time we move to the end-of-routine performance videos—which we film with studio lighting—you will have the technique to back up your style. If you are looking for a place to sweat, learn, and actually enjoy the process of getting better, this is it. ## About Aliens Dance & Fitness Studio I am Aryan, and I started Aliens Dance Academy because I believe everyone—from toddlers to seniors—has a bit of swag waiting to come out. We don't do boring drills here; we turn studio sessions into high-energy hangouts where you actually want to show up, sweat, and hit the beat.
