## About From Brassy & Warm to Cool Ash Tones

Look, if ur hair is currently a mess of orange, yellow, or patchy bands, don't just put another dark box dye on it. That makes it worse. I spend 4 to 5 hours on my Brass Neutralization sessions precisely because I have to strip those layers, test ur hair's strength with Olaplex, n then re-tone using my custom formulas. U will walk out with a clean, cool ash, but u gotta be patient during the process.

People ask me why their hair turns orange. It's simple: u lift natural pigment, but u didn't neutralize the underlying warmth. Whether u messed up with a box dye or just have sun-damaged ends, I treat this as a technical rescue.

My process is straightforward because I don't believe in guessing:

* **Consultation:** I check ur hair history. No guessing, just facts.
* **Strand test:** I check if ur hair can even handle the lift before we touch it with bleach.
* **Correction:** I use spot lifting for bands n root melting for that seamless transition. This is how we get rid of that zebra-stripe look.
* **Protection:** Olaplex is non-negotiable. I use it to keep the structure intact while we go from Level 10 yellow to platinum or cool ash.

Ash tones look expensive because they reflect less light, hiding damage n giving that polished, sophisticated look. But keeping it cool requires the right home care. I'll tell u exactly what to use after u leave my chair. Don't waste money at amateur salons that don't understand the chemistry.
