Whether it is a specific teak wood grain or a hand-woven cane pattern, you choose the material and finish before we start shaping the frame. This is not factory production; it is a collaborative process where you decide how your furniture looks and feels. At our workshops in Bangalore, Kochi, and Calicut, we focus on the integrity of the materials. We prioritize seasoned teak wood for its natural durability and resistance to climate changes. When you choose a design, you are not picking from a catalog; you are selecting the wood type, the grain direction, and the upholstery fabric from brands like D Decor. Our process involves traditional joinery methods, such as mortise and tenon, to ensure every chair and table remains sturdy over time. We believe furniture should age well, which is why we apply multiple layers of high-quality PU polish to protect the finish against heat and moisture. Whether you need a single accent chair or a full dining set, our team ensures the dimensions and ergonomics are adjusted to fit your specific space requirements. We manage everything from the initial sketch to the final installation, ensuring that the piece you receive is exactly what you envisioned. ## About Alankara Homestories We are Alankara.
