We do not use shortcuts, so please place your catering orders at least a day in advance to ensure the meat is cooked to that perfect, tender consistency your guests will appreciate. Our approach to Mughlai cuisine is built on patience. We believe that a good curry cannot be rushed, which is why our slow-cooked Nalli Nihari is a favourite at weddings and office gatherings across Mumbai. The mutton shank is cooked until the marrow is rich and flavourful, paired perfectly with our soft Tandoori rotis or Rumali rotis. For those hosting larger events, our Begum Biryani is a crowd-pleaser, prepared with a robust base of aromatic spices and caramelized onions that give it that distinct, traditional profile. We also pride ourselves on our presentation; our Matka Chicken, served in traditional earthen pots, brings a rustic, communal feel to any table. Whether you are planning a grand wedding, a corporate event, or an intimate family dinner in Mazgaon or Byculla, we bring the same 'Flavours of Ramadan' spirit to your venue.
