From our booking team managing the constant rush to our collaborators like Hajoori and Kunafa Bytes keeping the counters running until 4 AM, every person you see here plays a role in making sure you get your food hot and fresh. We are not just colleagues, we are a family, and we rely on each other to keep the vibe going every single night. We do not run this festival alone. It is a genuine team effort that starts long before we open the doors. When you walk into our AC hall in Byculla, you are seeing the results of months of planning, testing recipes, and coordinating with the partners who bring their own special touch to the table. ### Our Collaborators We are proud to work with brands that share our love for quality: * **Kunafa Bytes:** They bring the authentic Turkish Kunafa that has become a highlight of our dessert menu. * **Hajoori of Mazgaon:** Their Falooda and Kulfi rolls are essential for that perfect sweet ending. * **Miss Khushboo & Urban Mix:** Partners who help us add those extra community elements, like our Women's Day celebrations and fun giveaways. ### The Human Element Behind every photo of a happy guest is a team member answering calls, managing the seating, and ensuring the kitchen keeps up with the demand. It gets wild, especially on weekends when we are sold out, but seeing the crowd enjoying their meal—that is why we do it. This festival is our tribute to our founder, Mr. Akil Darugar, and we do our best to maintain the spirit of welcoming everyone from all communities to share a thaal. ## About Alamdar Caterers We are a family, and that includes everyone who works with us to put this festival together. Whether it is our booking team handling the weekend rush or our sweet partners keeping the desserts coming, we rely on each other to make sure you have a great experience.
