It’s the consistency in our Nalli Nihari and the warmth of the space that brings you back, not just for the food, but for the community feeling that we’ve built over every Ramzan season. Reading through these guest stories, we see a recurring theme. You don’t just visit Alamdar Caterers for a quick meal during Ramzan; you come for the electric ambience and the shared joy of community dining. We’ve had families visiting from as far as Canada, and others who have made our festival their traditional Iftar spot for three years running. Our Flavours of Ramadan festival is built on the belief that good food should bring people together. When you drop by, you aren’t just a customer; you’re a part of the dawat. ### What Our Guests Keep Coming Back For * **Nalli Nihari:** The marrow-rich mutton shank that people tell us is the perfect balance of spices and depth. * **Kunafa:** Often cited as the highlight of our dessert counter, usually paired with Pista ice cream. * **Butter Garlic Seekh:** A staple that seems to land on every table, thanks to that signature tandoori crunch. * **Ambience:** We hear it often—the AC seating, the late-night festival vibes that last until 4:00 AM, and the genuine happiness of families sharing a thaal. If you’re planning to join us this year, we recommend booking your table in advance, especially for larger groups. We love the feedback you share because it tells us exactly what to keep doing right and where we can make your next Iftar even better. ## About Alamdar Caterers We started Alamdar with a simple dream—to serve food that feels like home. We’re just a family trying to keep the spirit of our founder’s dawat alive, and seeing you all share a meal together is the only reward we need.
