Our team focuses on fresh preparation, meaning you will find our signature baida rotis and tandoori items coming off the heat just in time for your guests to enjoy, rather than sitting in pre-made chafing dishes. We believe food is the heart of any gathering. While our main courses like Nalli Nihari and Dum Biryani often take center stage, the small moments, like a fresh Baida Roti, a sizzling Tawa fry, or a unique dessert twist, are what guests remember long after the event ends. We treat every order, small or large, with the same attention to detail. Whether you are hosting a birthday, a sangeet, or a community feast, our live counters bring that street-food energy to your private venue. We handle the setup, the charcoal for the grills, and the specialized ustads who know exactly when the seekh is perfectly charred. It is about bringing the spirit of our 'Flavours of Ramadan' festival to your personal celebrations. From authentic Mughlai recipes passed down from Akil Bhai to experimental items like our modern spreads, we love keeping the menu dynamic. If you have a specific dish in mind or need help planning a customized menu for your guests in Mumbai, reach out and let us chat about what fits your event best. ## About Alamdar Caterers We are a family-run team in Mazgaon carrying forward the legacy of Akil Darugar.
