If you have a specific spice preference or need a milder flavour profile for your event, tell us during the tasting session, and we will adjust the base recipe to match your taste. Our approach to grilling combines traditional techniques with a bit of modern fusion. We use a clay oven (tandoor) for the classic smoky finish that defines our Malai and Chicken Tikkas. However, we also like to push boundaries with dishes like our Moroccan Kebab and Mutton Barra Chops, which blend traditional meat preparation with unique, house-made sauces and textures. For your events, these grills are not just starters; they are an interactive experience. We set up live counters where our chefs grill the kebabs right in front of your guests, ensuring every piece is served at the peak of its heat and juiciness. Whether you are planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration with up to 2,500 guests, the quality remains consistent because we manage all our prep work in-house at our Mohammed Ali Road kitchen. If you are planning a menu, we always suggest coming in for a tasting session. This allows us to walk you through our different packages—from our standard Indo-Chinese and Chicken sets starting at ₹750 per plate, to our premium Mutton and Seafood feasts at ₹1400 per plate.
