Whether you want our signature Pink Parrot Chicken or a customized fusion starter that isn't on our standard list, our chefs can prep it for your event. We recommend booking a tasting session at our Mohammed Ali Road kitchen so you can finalize your exact preference before the big day.

Our Indo-Chinese and fusion appetizers are designed to do two things: look great and taste even better. Whether you are hosting a formal wedding reception or a casual get-together in Mumbai, we know that the starter section is where guests form their first impression of the food.

### The Al Safeer Difference
What makes our starters different is the fusion approach. We take familiar Indo-Chinese favorites and add our own twist. Dishes like our Pink Parrot Chicken or Bang Bang Cheese Chicken are crowd-pleasers because they balance familiar textures with bold, new flavors. We are currently catering to events ranging from intimate gatherings to large celebrations of up to 2,500 guests.

### How We Work With You
We don't believe in rigid packages that leave no room for your specific taste. We prefer to:
*   **Customize:** If you have a specific fusion idea or a dish you love, tell us. We can recreate it or build a menu around your favorite flavor profiles.
*   **Taste:** We offer full tasting sessions at our Mohammed Ali Road restaurant. It is the best way to be sure about the spices and textures before you commit.
*   **Execute:** On your event day, we handle the logistics, live counters, and presentation. Our team ensures the crispiness of our fried appetizers stays intact from the kitchen to the plate.
