Whether I am writing a melody in a quiet room in Jammu or preparing for a live set at a venue in Mumbai, the process is always raw. I find that the most honest songs come from late-night sessions where I am simply sitting with my guitar and letting the vulnerability flow. If you are curious about how that intimacy translates into a live performance, let us chat about your event. My journey is not a straight line. It is a collection of messy, magical moments—from the discipline of daily vocal riyaaz to the chaotic joy of surfing in Goa. I believe in the 'Susegad' way of life, where we value contentment over constant hustle, and that philosophy bleeds into every performance I deliver. When I am on stage, I am not just playing covers or my originals like 'Main aur Tu'. I am sharing a piece of my life. I have moved from playing small cafes in Bangalore to opening for artists at massive college festivals, and every single show has taught me something new. I have learned that the best energy comes when we drop the pretense. Whether I am performing a solo acoustic set for an intimate gathering or leading a full band for a large-scale wedding, the goal is always the same: to create a space where you feel heard. I treat every performance as a two-way street. I love the stories you bring to the crowd just as much as I share mine. It is about making memories together, not just executing a setlist. If you are looking for someone to bring an authentic, soulful vibe to your event, I would love to be that person. ## About Akshita Mengi I am Akshita, and my songs are just chapters from my own messy, beautiful life. Whether I am performing an intimate acoustic set or a full-band concert, I am just looking to connect and share a bit of my soul with you.
