It is about the philosophy, the practice, and an honest conversation about what happens when I step into your mind. ## Photos and videos - ![A moment of peace before the Adiyogi statue. In my recent feature with Mid-Day, I broke down the art of mentalism—it is not about supernatural powers, but about psychology, body language, and linguistic deception. When you hire me for your event, you are not getting a mystic, but a performer who knows exactly how to craft a narrative that blurs the line between reality and showmanship. ### My Roots and My Craft Everything I do starts and ends with Mahadev. My spiritual foundation in places like Varanasi and my connection to the Adiyogi statue are not just backdrops for photos; they are the core of how I approach my work. I bring that same intensity to every stage, whether it is a corporate auditorium or a college fest. ### Why I Speak About the Illusion There is a misconception that mentalists claim to have supernatural gifts. I am very clear about this: I do not have powers. I use technical skill, observation, and psychological cues to create what feels like an extraordinary experience. My media features, including the coverage in Mid-Day, highlight that I am an illusionist first. This honesty is essential to the trust I build with my audience. ### What You Get When I perform, I am not just reading your mind. I am: * **Hacking the environment:** Using tech-driven illusions that surprise even the most skeptical in the room. * **Creating narrative:** Building a story around the act that makes the audience feel they are part of the process. * **Maintaining connection:** Engaging directly with participants, from the first row to the back of the hall. I want you to leave my show questioning reality, not because of a trick, but because you experienced a moment where you felt something truly different. If you are looking for a performer who treats the stage as a space for genuine connection rather than just a place to execute a series of rehearsed moves, we should talk. ## About Akshay Singh I am Akshay Singh, and for me, everything starts and ends with Mahadev. I do not just perform magic; I share a journey where psychological illusion meets raw human connection. Whether I am on stage or talking about my craft, I stay grounded in the belief that the most powerful thing we have is our own mind.
