# Campus Mentalism & Motivational Magic in Bengaluru

By [Akshay Singh](https://mytribe.in/akshaysinghmagic) · I run interactive mentalism shows for colleges and schools where I mix mind games, tech tricks, and real stories to get everyone thinking and involved on stage.

## Locations

Travels across India for campus fests and school events

### Travels to

- Performs at campuses in Hyderabad (Hyderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana, India)
- Performs at campuses in Bengaluru (Bengaluru, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India)
- Performs at campuses in Mumbai Metropolitan Area (Mumbai Metropolitan Area, Mumbai Metropolitan Area, Maharashtra)
- Performs at campuses in National Capital Region (NCR) (National Capital Region, National Capital Region)
- Travels across India for campus events (India, India)

## Pricing guide (estimates)

These are indicative prices based on provider's past work. Enquire now to find out final quote.

### 40 Minute Campus Show (Standard)

My standard 40 minute stage show for college fests and school events: mind reading, PIN and first crush reveals, the WiFi hack and Ghost Touch, with 5 to 7 students pulled on stage.

Typically ₹35K per show (40 mins) (estimate)

#### **Performance Scope**
* **Duration:** 40 minutes of continuous stage performance. This is my standard slot. Want 60 or 90 minutes instead, that is priced on the extra time.
* **Style:** High energy, English and Hindi mix, built for a Gen-Z crowd.
* **Crew:** I come solo for Bangalore shows. For outstation shows my manager travels with me.

#### **Key Acts**
* **Mind Reading:** ATM PINs, phone passcodes, the name of someone's first crush, objects they only thought of.
* **Tech Magic:** Changing the WiFi network names in your auditorium to a name your audience picks, plus live Instagram story predictions.
* **Paranormal Stunts:** Ghost Touch, where one person feels a touch I never gave them.
* **Hypnosis and Suggestion:** A leg that will not move off the floor, someone forgetting their own name for a minute.

#### **Audience Interaction**
* 5 to 7 students come up on stage, and I work the seated crowd with random object tosses.
* I have done a crowd of 5,000 and a room of 10. Both work, the format just changes.

#### **What I Need From You**
* A collar mic and your venue sound. I carry a spare collar mic of my own in case something fails at the last minute, but I do not bring speakers or a PA.
* Stage, screens and LED are your side. Under 500 people I do not even need a stage, I just walk through the crowd. Above 1,000 you will want screens so the back rows can see.
* No prep time needed from you. I reach 30 minutes before. A green room to sit quietly for 5 minutes is nice, not a must.

#### **Terms**
* 60% advance before I reach the venue, 40% after the show.
* For college and school events we sign an MOU, drafted by your institution.
* Bangalore is all inclusive. Outside Bangalore, flight and hotel are extra, either you book them or we book and you reimburse with the final payment.
* Outstation dates need 4 to 5 days notice.
* I perform in English and Hindi only.

### 60 to 90 Minute Campus Keynote and Show (Extended)

Longer format where the show carries a motivational keynote: my own survival story, mass suggestion, metal bending, and a prediction box handed to a faculty member at the start.

Typically ₹40-50K per event (60 to 90 mins) (estimate)

#### **Performance Scope**
* **Duration:** 60 to 90 minutes, priced on the time you need.
* **Theme:** Half psychological magic, half talk. I speak about the power of the mind, belief and pushing yourself, and I use my own story, including flying out to perform at IIT Jammu two days after a big health scare.
* **Bonus:** A Q&A and meet and greet after the show.

#### **Exclusive Segments**
* **Mass Suggestion:** A routine that works on the whole hall at once, not one volunteer.
* **Psychokinesis:** Keys and spoons bending in your students' own hands.
* **Grand Prediction:** A locked prediction box handed to a faculty member before I start, opened at the end.

#### **Customisation**
* A special segment built around your Principal or Dean.
* Script shaped to your theme, whether that is innovation, leadership or cyber awareness. I also do free cyber security and hacking awareness sessions at government schools, so that content exists.

#### **What I Need From You**
* A collar mic and venue sound. Screens and staging are arranged by you, and are only really needed past about 1,000 people.
* No preparation from your side. I reach 30 minutes early.

#### **Terms**
* 60% advance before I reach the venue, 40% after the show.
* MOU signed for campus events, drafted by your institution.
* Outside Bangalore, flight and hotel are extra. Outstation dates need 4 to 5 days notice.
* English and Hindi only.

## About Campus Mentalism & Motivational Magic

### What I Bring to Your Campus

I go beyond just performing magic, I create an experience built for college fests and school events. My aim is simple: mess with your mind in ways that get you thinking, not just clapping. My standard slot is 40 minutes, and for those 40 minutes we're in it together.

### What Goes Down on Stage

- Mind games that'll leave you questioning what's real. I might read your thoughts, guess your crush, or predict wild stuff before the show even starts. Sometimes I'll ask you to *ruko zara, sabar karo* (wait up, have patience) for the twist.
- Paranormal illusion experience. You'll feel ghost touches, see keys bend, and wonder if it's real (it's not, but it sure feels like it).
- Tech-driven mentalist tricks. I sometimes hijack the WiFi names in the whole hall. On stage it's pure illusion, but the idea comes from my real ethical hacker background.
- You're not just an audience. Students or faculty, anyone could end up on stage. Your choices run the show.

### Campuses I Have Played

IIT Bombay's E-Summit, IIT Jammu's Technuncius, MNNIT Allahabad's Renaissance, Manipal, and four TEDx stages including TEDx IIM Bangalore.

### Why I Do This

It's never just tricks. I talk about the power of your mind and what you can do if you push yourself. I share my own story, like flying out to a show two days after a major health scare. No supernatural powers here. *Mahadev se sab shuru unhipe sab khatam* (it all starts and ends with the divine). *Hum aise hi hain* (this is how I am).

## Meet your expert

[Akshay Singh](https://mytribe.in/akshaysinghmagic)

### My story

From big corporate stages to my village gali (street), I’ve seen it all, yaar. I was just a kid when a magician sparked something in me. Now, whenever I meet kids, I hope I inspire another Akshay. Fame? Nah, I’m not about that influencer life. It’s all about commitment and self-belief. Once, even after a big health scare, I still did my show at IIT Jammu. My roots keep me grounded – Varanasi, Prayagraj, Mahadev ki energy (energy of Lord Shiva). That’s real magic.

### My work

- **Paranormal Illusion Shows**: I blend mentalism, mind reading, hypnosis, and storytelling. Think psychological magic show with a twist.
- **My Style**: I bring in ghosts, hidden energies, Indian spiritual illusion. It’s not supernatural, but feels close. No pigeons, no fire, my only prop is my brain and yours.
- **Interactive Mind Reading**: I’ll guess names, first crushes, maybe hijack the WiFi names in your venue. On stage it’s illusion, but the idea comes from my real hacker background.
- **For All Events**: Corporates like NetApp and Brillio, IIT Bombay, IIT Jammu, MNNIT Allahabad, four TEDx stages, campuses, celebrities, and private sittings for the Ambani and Singhania families. 800+ shows in 10 years, biggest crowd 5,000.
- **My Book and Recognition**: I wrote 'Magic for Corporate' for global leaders, and won the Global Awards for Excellence from the Global Book of Excellence, England. Also did India's Got Talent and I speak at TEDx.
- **How I Work**: 40 minute standard slot, English and Hindi only, in person always. I just need a collar mic, no stage, no setup, no prep from your side.
- **Where I Travel**: Bangalore is my base, but I take shows anywhere in India. Outstation, flight and hotel are extra, and I need 4-5 days notice.
