It changed how I structure my sessions. I stopped guessing and started applying sports science to drill progressions. When you train with me, you aren't just running laps. You are following a methodology that balances physical conditioning with technical correction, exactly the same way I prepared for state and national tournaments. Many people can teach basketball basics, but there is a clear difference between showing someone how to shoot and coaching them to perform under game pressure. My certification from the Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports (NIS) acts as the framework for every session I run in Bengaluru. It means my training plans are not random. Whether we are at the courts in Malleshwaram or Rajanukunte, every drill has a purpose. We track footwork, release points, and defensive slides using principles I learned during my diploma. When you see me correcting a form or timing a sprint, it is based on certified coaching standards, not just how I feel on the day. ### Why this matters for your game: * **Technical Precision:** No generic instructions. You get specific micro-corrections on your shooting arc and handle. * **Sports Science Backing:** We integrate plyometrics and conditioning correctly so you build vertical power without burning out. * **Progression:** We track skill growth from session to session, ensuring you are actually getting better, not just working up a sweat. If you are tired of coaches who just roll out the ball and let you play, my NIS-backed approach will give you the technical edge you are missing. ## About Akshay Prasad S I play, I coach, and I hold myself to the same standards I demand from you.
