When I teach a pick-and-roll or a defensive slide, it is because I have used those moves under real game pressure at the National Games and State-level leagues. I know the exact gap between a smooth practice drill and actual match performance, and my sessions are designed to bridge that gap immediately. I started as a player, and I still play. Representing the Karnataka senior men’s team at the 36th National Games wasn’t just a highlight for me; it was a masterclass in what works when the scoreboard is ticking and the pressure is on. Every drill I run at Bharath Sports Union is built on this foundation. I am also an NIS-certified coach, which means I don't just rely on intuition. I combine sports science with the practical reality of being on the court. Whether you are training at our Malleshwaram facility or we are working 1-on-1, you will not find any fluff. If you miss a shot during our sessions, we address why. Was it your footwork? Your release point? Your fatigue level? We fix the mechanics, but we also build the mental toughness required to stay in the game. I have played in the INBL 3x3 and various state leagues, often leading the scoring because I know how to read defenses. I bring that same analytical eye to your game. If you are looking for someone to pat you on the back regardless of performance, you are in the wrong place. If you are looking for someone to help you become a complete player who can compete in leagues, hold your own at a university fest, or just dominate at the local court, let’s get to work. ## About Akshay Prasad S I play for Karnataka and still grind it out in leagues, so I know what it’s like to push through, win, and lose. My sessions are tough because I’m here to build real athletes, not just people who can do drills.
