Whether your team is 10 or 25 people, I focus heavily on stage blocking so everyone gets their spotlight and the formation looks sharp from every angle. It's not just about steps; it’s about making sure your squad feels confident enough to own that stage and keep the energy high from start to finish. ### From Concept to Stage When I work with corporate teams or college squads, I don’t just teach steps. We build a vibe. Whether you are prepping for an annual day, a high-stakes competition, or a college fest, I manage the full process so you can focus on enjoying the performance. #### Why my approach works: * **The 'Hattrick' Mindset:** I’ve coached teams like K.J. Somaiya’s IT department to competition wins by focusing on high-energy, clean choreography that grabs the judge’s attention. I know how to turn a group of amateurs into a unit. * **Stage Blocking & Formations:** A crowded stage can look messy. I map out your stage space so every dancer is visible, and the transitions feel smooth, not chaotic. * **Custom Mixes:** I don't use generic tracks. I edit the music to match the energy of your routine, ensuring seamless transitions between songs so the hype never drops. * **Team Hype:** I know stage fright is real. I use my drill sessions to build confidence, teaching your team how to perform, not just dance. By the time we hit the technical run, you’ll be ready to bring the house down. ### How we get there For corporate groups, we typically look at 8-10 hours of training, focusing on synchronization and stage presence. For college competitive teams, we go deeper with 15-20 hours of bootcamps, covering stunts, props, and narrative-driven routines that score big points. If you want a performance that actually lands, let’s chat. ## About Akshay Manghnani I'm Akshay, and for me, dance is pure emotion.
