That is exactly what these classes are for. We slow things down, focus on fluid movement and raw expression, and create a space where it is okay to feel vulnerable. You do not need to be a pro here. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your technique, bring a comfortable outfit and an open mind. We do not chase perfection; we chase the feel. ### Expressing Through Movement In my lyrical and contemporary sessions, we move away from the standard step-by-step rush and focus on *dil ki baat* (what the heart says). These classes are for anyone who wants to use dance as a form of therapy or release. We explore how to translate heavy emotions or joyous memories into movement. ### What to Expect in Class * **Connection Over Counts:** We spend time understanding the song's meaning before we touch a single step. * **Fluidity & Floorwork:** We focus on soft transitions, posture, and using the floor to enhance your storytelling. * **A Safe Space:** Whether you are dancing in a group at a studio like The Ray or Beat Dance Studio, or doing a private 1-on-1, the environment is non-judgmental.
