When you hire me, you are not just getting a planner; you are getting a single point of contact for every vendor. Whether it is negotiating a contract in Rajasthan or tracking guest arrivals in Dubai, I take the 'Bhaiya, kaun bol rahe hain?' calls so you never have to deal with the vendor chaos yourself. ### More Than Just a Pretty Venue Luxury isn't just about the flowers or the view; it is about the silence I provide by handling the noise. My work involves a meticulous approach to vendor management that ensures your 3-day destination event feels effortless. I specialize in: * **Vendor Accountability:** I audit contracts and manage technical riders for artists so you don't find yourself dealing with 'missing' generator backups or sound issues on the day of your pheras. * **Collaboration Over Competition:** I actively network with industry peers at summits like IIWC and DWS. Why does this matter to you? Because I know exactly which photographers, makeup artists, and DJs actually deliver under pressure, saving you from trial-and-error risks. * **The 'Bride-Chilla' Strategy:** I build your event flow around your needs, not just a standard schedule. From airport transfers for 500 guests to managing the exact minute the Baraat starts, I am there to ensure the plan I designed is the one that actually happens. ### Why the 'Behind the Scenes' Matters When you see the photos of a perfect reception, you are seeing the result of months of crisis management. I have pulled off weddings in 12 days and handled international logistics that would faze most people. My commitment is simple: I sweat the small stuff so you can stay present with your family. If you want a wedding planner who treats your budget like their own and handles the stress so you can simply show up and shine, let’s chat. ## About Divya Chadha I’m Divya, and after two decades in this business, I’ve traded the bridal aisle for the airport aisle. I don’t just run the show; I’m the one on the dance floor making sure you’re actually enjoying your own party, not stressing over the decor.
