People often ask how I stay grounded amidst reading for so many. The truth is, I treat my own life with the same mindfulness I teach. Whether it is finding peace in a snow-covered street in New York or simply watching incense smoke curl in my quiet Gurgaon studio, these moments are not just breaks—they are my practice.
