Whether you choose the sharp, diamond-cut patterns of my 'Maroon Ragalia' or the soft ombre gradients of my zesty yellow collection, I focus on the fit first. I prioritize structured shoulders and precise hemlines that don't just look good in photos but sit perfectly throughout long ceremonies. Since everything is produced in my Shahpur Jat studio, we have the flexibility to adjust the embroidery density or the cut of the dhoti or trouser pairings to match your personal style. ### Modern Silhouette, Traditional Soul The contemporary kurta has evolved. It is no longer just a basic tunic; it is a focal point of your attire. My designs merge the sharp, clean lines of Western formal wear with the rich texture of Indian textiles. #### Why my approach is different: * **Fabric & Finish:** I use raw silks, breathable cotton-satin blends, and imported wools. My focus is on materials that drape well and hold their shape during long sangeet nights or wedding receptions. * **The Fusion Edge:** I avoid the standard 'kurta-pyjama' look. My sets often feature asymmetric hemlines, cowl draping, or fusion-style trousers that provide a more structured, tailored silhouette. * **Handcrafted Details:** From the mirror work on the placket to the intricate pintucks on the 'Maroon Ragalia', these details are stitched by hand. This ensures longevity and a finish you won't find in ready-to-wear stores. #### The Customization Process Because each piece is made-to-order in my New Delhi studio, we have room to experiment.
