I use a specialized portable oven that reaches 450 degrees, allowing me to stretch, top, and fire each pizza in minutes right in front of your guests. Since my dough undergoes a 48-hour fermentation process, the crust stays light, airy, and easy to digest, meaning your guests won't feel bloated—they'll just want another slice. When you book me for a live pizza party, you get a full, interactive experience. Whether it is a house party in Navi Mumbai, a birthday in Lonavala, or an office pop-up in BKC, I bring everything required: the high-heat oven, the prep station, and the fresh ingredients. My approach is all about the Contemporary Neapolitan style. I use San Marzano tomatoes, fresh Fior di Latte mozzarella, and premium toppings like truffle oil and pesto. This isn't mass-produced party food; it is artisan pizza where the crust—the cornicione—is the star of the show. Logistically, I am flexible. I need a small, ventilated space to set up, but I can work in balconies, gardens, or indoor event areas. My setup is compact enough to fit into most residential settings. For the menu, we can stick to classic Margheritas and veggie delights, or we can go the gourmet route with roasted veggies, feta, and specialty cheeses. I also include sides like fresh Jalapeno Garlic Bread made from the same high-hydration dough. My goal is to make the pizza station a focal point of your celebration, where guests can watch the process, ask about the dough, and enjoy the smell of fresh, wood-fired pizza throughout the event. If you are planning an event, let’s chat about what fits your guest list best. ## About Akasha Pizza Heaven I quit my corporate life to travel the world and study the science behind the perfect pizza.
